1. Local File Processing
The app accesses only folders you explicitly select to identify files with matching names or identical content. The following information is processed locally on your device:
Filenames, file paths, file sizes, and modification dates;
SHA-256 hashes used for content comparison;
Scan results, retention rules, and cleanup selections;
The contents of files you choose to scan.
This information is never sent to the developer or any third party.
2. Data Collection and Tracking
The app does not collect usage data, diagnostics, contact information, device identifiers, or other personal information. It contains no advertising, analytics services, or cross-app tracking.
3. File Access
The app accesses files only after you explicitly select a folder. Access is used solely to perform scanning, comparison, and cleanup actions that you confirm.
4. File Cleanup
When you confirm a cleanup action, selected files are moved to the system Trash and are not permanently erased by the app. You can restore them using the normal recovery options provided by the system.
5. Accounts and Online Services
No registration or account is required. Core features do not depend on remote servers, and your files are not uploaded to the internet.
6. Children’s Privacy
The app does not actively collect information from any user and therefore does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
If a future version changes these data practices, this policy and its update date will be revised before that version is released.
